The system is composed by a mixing unit and a packaging unit. The mixing unit includes two VT_I50 vacuum mixers while the automatic packaging unit includes: a CAP/5 weight filler for the filling of UV inks into plastic and/or metal containers with two extruders, a labeller and an accumulation table. |

The system is composed by a set of powder silos that through a pneumatic conveyor load 3 weighing hoppers having a capacity of about 5000 l each. Two aeromechanic conveyors placed after hoppers convey powders inside two 220 Hp dispersers equipped with the accessories necessary for vacuum, automatic washing and fluid dosing by means of the PC. The PC also governs other recipe parameters (dosing, speed, times). |

The system is composed by an automatic cutting bag opening system and an aeromechanic conveyor enabled to the loading of powders inside two mixers placed on mounting frame having a capacity of 125 Hp each. Loading systems are completed by 4 resins, water and 8 additives all of them automatic with recipe parameters selection from PC. The system is completed with filtering system, automatic packing machine with two heads and a stacker, labeller, positioners and palletizers for about 8 different types of drums for water paint |

The system is composed by two units: a powder unit and a fluid unit supplied by 5 external silos and 5 internal big-bag unloaders and a manual loading system. The powder unit is completed by a mixing tower, a fine dosing system for additives, a bagging machine for valve bags with automatic bag placer and a bag palletizer. The fluid unit includes additional dosing hoppers, two mixers on mounting frame, a rotary extruder for the unloading of fillers and thick products, automatic filtering and packaging systems. The system is completed by a storing, filtering, and homogenization system for lime putty and other machines. The system is controlled by PC . |

The system is composed by two 2500 l reactors for vacuum operation duly heated and devoted to the production of special resins. The system is completed by a semiautomatic loading system for organic powders.
